A BIT MORE ABOUT US
The Coalition for Physician & APP Well-Being, established as a non-profit entity, is dedicated to fostering the well-being of the entire healthcare team. Formed in 2010, this initiative emerged from a collaborative effort among leaders representing various faith-based and mission-driven hospitals and healthcare systems. Their gathering was prompted by escalating worries regarding physician burnout. Recognizing the need for action, they resolved to pool their collective wisdom and expertise. This united approach was aimed at discovering the most impactful strategies to combat burnout and enhance the overall well-being of physicians and APPs across the country.

Making Change Happen
At the Coalition for Physician & APP Well-Being, we are deeply committed to the well-being of physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and the broader healthcare community. Recognizing the intrinsic interconnectedness of all roles within the healthcare system, we provide an array of resources such as educational webinars, access to cutting-edge research publications, peer support initiatives, and ample networking opportunities.
Our aim goes beyond individual support; we offer best practice guidelines, toolkits to navigate well-being challenges, and advocacy efforts. Understanding the influential role of leadership in the healthcare sector, we also extend our guidance and support to all healthcare leaders, striving to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for everyone.
